My fitness journey was about to start,I remember 6 months back my cousin took a photo in restaturant mirror side while we were going to wash hands after having the dinner,he took my photo where the main focus was on my belly,he shown me the pic afterwards,Although i was not that much fatty but on that pic my belly was lierally popping,i can’t een show you the pic,you may get the idea and thats where the journey begins.
My transformation journey || Full Body Fitness
As everyone already know that starting and ending is the toughest anywhere of anything because there is no clarity how it will be done.
My daily work of my body was very very easy 90% of the time i would lay on bed , eat also in staggered sleeping position,it was very easy so i followe till 4 years.
You may be thinking i must be very lazy and wouldn’t do anything but let me tell you i was and am now too a internet guy,i love internet too much,because it helps me reach almost all goals of life,i love it the most in my life after my god
what i wanted to say that my whole was very easy for my body,i knew that exercise fitness proper diet all are important and wanted to do it properly too but i was on my carrier making journey so was giving immense focus their only and was quitting almost everything
No bath for months,just do fast cleaning,wake up at any time,sleep at any time.actually sometimes i was reversing the fundamentals of the earth sleep at morning and wakeup at night.
I was not crazy,its just that i had no focus on these things because i was not giving them priority,pririty was only carrier.
And the carrier was all self made.no guide,no mentor no family backup no university or schooling,i had no money too and thats why every part of my life was clumsy.
I was doing everything online although i started earning some money using online but that was not enough also if i spend time making money by giving services to others online,it was taking my time.
And thats why i didn’t had much money because i was focusing on learning about the main things bussiness,finance,real estate,digital marketing etc.

How I started my fitness journey through workout
Actually i was 6 month back also not ready to start the fitness journey but somehow my brother has taken a membership for himself in gym and asking me,will you come?
I just went and as it felt good i thought to do this too.My routine was too clumsy till now,awake go to laptop ,research,work eat and sleep
but i started gym,how anything work i didn’t knew the trainer was telling what to do and what not for the first week i asked lots of questions and did as he said,he gave the diet too
I didn’t had the budget to spend much on my diet properly,i had money but i was using it mostly on my business and couldn’t afford anywhere else as success was in my mind deeply,
and nowadays success = money mostly i knew the importance of health,relationships but money is money,through money everything becomes easy.
1 month passed i did what trainer said,i always go after completing 1 exercise to ask him what to do next.he was instructing things to do as a beginner which was right too.
but i was starting getting bored,also i felt the trainer is not giving much attention needed,i ask him to show me other exercises but he was busy talking with girls.
so i started thinking that i must learn and do everything interestingly.And as you know i am internet geek i can search anything on on internet due to my amazing different types of skills.
so why should i have to always ask the trainer,i didn’t said him anything i just started researching online about every aspects of fitness and developed a proper routine.
Although the trainer was friendly but he was not much interested in teaching everything to enhance my fitness journey properly as happens everywhere until you get the personal trainer.
Phase 0:started comounding
I got interested in compounding exercises as i don’t need to learn much and it hits most muscles at a time so i started incorporating only compounding exercises in my fitness journey for now, the problem was only one which i came to know later, lets see
I have chosen few exercises only for complete body
- Barbell Squats for back and legs
- Deadlift for back, legs and core
- Bench Press for Chest
Although while doing compounding exercises hands get activated itself but still as optional i included 1 part of hands to do daily by choose any 1 solo variations
Mistake Realisation
After doing this for 2 months i saw nice weight drop but i started feeling too tired while doing those all compounded exercises everyday although i was getting nice results
two problems was coming to me the first one is i was getting tired and the second one is my body was getting harder but not much muscle growth.
so i encountered a new strategy and now started to create a proper diet too.
I was not interested in any unnatural things like supplements or powders.
I researched a lot and then created a nice workout routine and diet too which was easy to follow and under everyones budget because at that time i need to make sure about budget too because i didn’t wanted to spend much on anything rather than my business.
what i did was introduced solo muscle workout too under my routine.
Like 1 day compounding and next day solo making sure that muscles get time to repair and at the same time i am giving the body much load needed to strengthen fast.
so the workout plan was like that
- Barbell squats with Biceps(Monday)
- Incline, decline and middle chest fly + core and right & left obliques + Triceps(Tuesday)
- Deadlift + shoulder(Wednesday)
- Legs +Triceps (Thursday)
- Upper, middle and lower back + shoulder(Friday)
- SQUAT/DEADLIFT with Forearm(Saturday)
- BODYWEIGHT Exercise || push + pullup + squat (sunday)
And thats how I was managing everything easily.
PRO TIP:
- choose Less number of set and heavy weight till the point you can manage now to save time while still maximizing results.
- Consistency + compounding or small increments can do wonders in your fitness journey.
Introduced the diet plan
Everything was going smooth till now ,the weights were dropping,strength were increasing ,just one thing was missing in my fitness journey the the proper diet while maintaining te budget.
For being super healthy and in boost mode we can’t eliminate the need of proper diet.
As i told you that things were going good with normal common diet for me so even if i neglected it my body would have been still be good.
but anyhow i incorporated a nice diet and i felt more energetic and healthy.
some key points for considering proper diet
- caloric deficit – check your bmr and create diet plan less than that amount for fat loss
- Correct foods – Food should include complex carbs,protein,unsaturated fat,minerals and vitamins in correct amount

CONCLUSION
Now laziness sort of things ,sleep body etc i get rid of all those problems,my muscles growth was nice and my body keeps relaxed all thanks to my fitness journey of workout and my life journey is still going on..
